Yudala Appoints Insight Publicis As Communications Consultants

Admin December 3, 2016

Insight Publicis, the leader in creative consultancy and customer engaging communications in Nigeria, has officially become the royal-nigeria-1marketing communications consultants of Yudala, Africa’s pioneer composite e-commerce company.

This strategic partnership which was recently consummated is meant to position Yudala as a global brand with fine lines in her ambition to lead and go beyond the shores of Africa. It is a world class partnership that will enhance the benefits for online and offline shoppers as captured in Yudala’s unique composite e-commerce model.

Speaking on the new business relationship, Wole Ogundare, Account Management Director at Insight Publicis, revealed: “This is more than a business relationship, it is a marriage. A marriage between the communication prince and the e-commerce princess in Nigeria.”

He added, “We will create more exciting ways for customers to interact with all that Yudala stands for. We do not only want customers to buy more, the recession means that they need to get more value for not just their money, but for their time. We shall not only write the script, but we shall interpret and guide execution to world class standards. Yudala shall become a model for future entrepreneurs.”

Founder/Vice President of Yudala, Prince Nnamdi Ekeh, equally disclosed the customer-focused reasons behind the decision to work with Insight Publicis, “While we have our eyes on sales growth, we want to keep our ears open to what you desire as a customer. That is why we are working with the Publicis Groupe, the biggest and best in customer engagement.”

Launched a little over a year ago with strong technology backbone, Yudala is Nigeria’s fastest growing and largest e-commerce firm with over 25 offline stores nationwide and with an ambition to add 60 stores to her network in 2017. With its emphasis on genuine products and guaranteed manufacturer’s warranty, Yudala has expanded the scope of e-commerce in Nigeria since its entry and has also succeeded in raising the bar with a slew of innovative strategies including same day delivery on a nationwide scale, You-Break-It, We-Fix It policy, job creation platform known as YUBOSS as well as its customer engagements activities such as Yudala Zero Gravity Mega Concerts and Gyming with the Stars, among others, through which it is building a growing army of loyal and satisfied customers.
