Ndiomu welcomes Onochie to his office
Mrs Lauretta Onochie, Board Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Major General Barry Ndiomu (rtd) at the Amnesty Office in Abuja.
