Osun 2018: Adeleke wins at tribunal

Osun 2018: Adeleke leads

Senator Ademola Adeleke, looks good to dance his way to Osun State government going by results from 18 local governments announced by INEC. The senator famed for his dancing skills and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has made strong showing with a clear lead.

He won in both Ede North and Ede South locals councils on Saturday, as INEC returning officers announced the council-by-council results in the Osun governorship election.  In Ede South, he polled 16,693 votes, while in Ede North, he swept 18,745 votes. Surprisingly, his All Progressives Congress rival, Gboyega Oyetola polled 4512 and 7025 in the two councils respectively.

Except there is a landslide by the APC from the remaining local governments, Adeleke may well dance his way to Osun seat of power.
