The Osun State Chapter of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA Osun) is to award and recognize deserving members and organizations for supporting the Association in achieving its target and for their impact and contributions in promoting reading and writing culture in Osun State.

A statement signed by the Acting Chairman and Secretary of the association in the state, Mr. Odetayo Wasiu Omobewaji and Mr. Afeez Olagunju and made available to newsmen by the association’s State Publicity Secretary, Mr. Oladejo Haneef Olalekan said the award ceremony would take place at the association’s secretariat at No 20, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ibuaje Micro Finance Bank Building, Pepsi Cola, Area Osogbo, Osun State by 12PM prompt.

According to the release, the award was meant to encourage ANA Osun members and appreciate other book stakeholders like the Osun State Library Board, Osun State Branch of the National Library of Nigeria, Osun SUBEB, Osun State Ministry of Education to mention but few.

The shortlisted recipients will be recognized during the 2022 edition of Osogbo Book Carnival.
