Fani-Kayode Undergoes Interrogation at EFCC

Admin May 9, 2016

Femi Fani Kayode arrivesEFCC-officeFormer Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani -Kayode, typically showed braggadocio Monday when he arrived at the EFCC ahead of his May 10 due date. He was accompanied by policemen and looked unruffled in his blue attire.

He was invited to clear the air on his receipt of the sum of N840 million during the general election of 2015.

Prior to this day security had mounted sentry at his Abuja home on Friday shortly after he was formally invited to appear at the Commission. They however left his home Saturday.

As at press time, he was still being grilled by operatives of the Commission. It is not likely that he would be released any time soon.
