The Founder and Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is currently being interrogated by detectives from the Nigerian Police.
This is following allegations of rape leveled against him by Busola, a photographer and wife of popular singer, Timi Dakolo.
Force Spokesman, Frank Mba confirmed to Channels Television that the clergyman is being grilled at the force criminal investigation department in Abuja.
Mr Fatoyinbo is facing the interrogation, two months after Mrs Dakolo, accused the clergyman of raping her twice when she was a teenager.
The pastor dismissed Dakolo’s allegation as false and subsequently stepped down from the pulpit after calls for the case to be investigated mounted.
