However, the arrival of Dr. Samuel Ogbuku as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) in November 2023 marked a turning point. His leadership has ushered in a new era of accountability, transparency, and impactful development, transforming the NDDC into a truly effective agent of change.
