Sirens were activated in northern Israel a short while ago due to projectiles fired from Lebanon, the IDF says.
The sirens went off in the northern city of Haifa and surrounding areas, as well as in several other locations in the Upper Galilee.
The IDF says the details of the incident are under investigation.
Rubio, top US officials to make case for Iran attacks to Congress Tuesday
Top US officials including Secretary of State Marco Rubio will make the case Tuesday to Congress for the attack on Iran, the White House says, as Democrats and some Republicans question its rationale.
Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and military chief General Dan Caine “will brief the full membership of both chambers of Congress on Tuesday,” White House spokesman Dylan Johnson says.

Jerusalem District police chief visits site of missile impact on city’s outskirts
Jerusalem District police commander Avshalom Peled has arrived at the scene of a ballistic missile impact in Jerusalem.
He tours the scene of the strike before departing without taking questions from the press.
The strike injured three people, including one in moderate condition, according to the Magen David Adom emergency service.
The missile left a large crater in a highway on Jerusalem’s outskirts.
Police bomb disposal experts are conducting searches for additional munitions in and around the crater.
A police officer says sappers have not yet ruled out the possibility of additional hazards at the site.
The impact also hollowed out a traffic sign and caused heavy damage to several cars.
The highway, strewn with debris from the impact, is blocked to traffic in both directions.
Bulldozers collect rubble from the surrounding area as bystanders, mostly young Haredi men, gather on a ledge overlooking the highway.
IDF troops said to detain Palestinians targeted by settlers in two separate incidents
IDF troops detained five Palestinians who were attacked by settlers around noon today in Duma, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, Palestinian media and Israeli activists say.
At least one Palestinian suffered bruises and was detained along with four other young men following a clash with settlers in the village, according to WAFA, the Palestinian Authority’s official news agency. It’s unclear from the report whether the Palestinians are still in Israeli custody.
The outlet cites Duma Mayor Suleiman Dawabsheh as saying troops, following the attack, shuttered the main entrance to the village, preventing medics from reaching the scene.
Israeli activists who perform “protective presence” duty in the area, aiming to help Palestinians, say two activists in Duma were also assaulted by settlers who carried guns, clubs and pepper spray.
Footage published by the activists shows two assailants swinging clubs, kicking and pepper-spraying activists. The assailants both wear the Jewish ritual undergarment tzitzit, whose threads hang from under their hoodies.
Separately, Israeli activists who perform protective presence in the northern West Bank’s Jordan Valley say troops arrested seven men from the tent compound of Hadidiya as settlers raided homes in the small Palestinian shepherding community. The detained Palestinians were released hours after they were arrested at about 4 p.m., the Jordan Valley Activists say.
Footage shared with The Times of Israel by the activists shows a settler apparently searching a bedroom as an Israeli activist and a Palestinian woman holding a small child demand he leave, which he refuses to do. Separate footage shows another tent apparently ransacked, with an electrical appliance, food and other items splayed on the ground.
The Israeli activists also share footage of Palestinian men crouching on the ground as soldiers stand over them. One of the Palestinians, with his hands tied behind his back, is seen being led away from the compound by soldiers, as settlers in civilian clothes, at least two of whom carry assault rifles, look on.
The IDF does not immediately respond to a request for comment on either incident.
16-year-old Gavriel Baruch named as fourth victim of Beit Shemesh missile strike
The fourth victim of the Iranian ballistic missile strike in Beit Shemesh is identified as 16-year-old Gavriel Baruch.
Nine people were killed when the missile slammed into a residential neighborhood in Beit Shemesh on Sunday afternoon.
More than 40 people were injured in the impact, which destroyed a synagogue and caused extensive damage to a public bomb shelter beneath it, as well as surrounding homes.
Suspected drone infiltration incident in northern Israel is over, IDF says
After sirens sounded across the Upper Galilee warning of a suspected drone infiltration, the Home Front Command says the incident has concluded, without providing further details.
