In Sokoto, terrorists also attacked Chacho village in Wurno Local Government Area of Sokoto State, abducting a bride-to-be and her bridesmaids just hours before her wedding ceremony.

The terrorists who have lately turned their operations to kidnapping reportedly stormed the community around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, whisking away the bride-to-be, her friends, and eight other residents.

All of the abducted victims were said to be women, except for one man.

In Kogi, terrorists attacked Ejiba community, kidnapped a Pastor, his wife and others during service in a new Cherubim and Seraphim Church where the faithful had gathered to worship.

The attack which was said to have occurred during a church service at the newly built Cherubim and Seraphim Church created panic in the community and environ.

Similarly, on Saturday, a group of terrorists launched an attack along the Isanlu Makutu–Idofin corridor in the Yagba East Local Government Area of the state, leaving residents and travellers in a state of fear.
