DCP Abba Kyari receiving the plaque
The House of Representatives Thursday honoured DCP Abba Kyari, the Inspector-General of Police’ Intelligence Response Team leader for his exceptional service to the Nigeria Police Force and Nigeria.
Kyari got a standing ovation for his efforts even as his presence in the chamber lifted the pervading ambience. It was a moment to remember for a super cop who has dedicated his life and all to the service of the nation. He and his squad have undertaken several critical operations especially kidnap cases successfully.
Kyari dedicates the award to God Almighty
The Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, paid glowing tributes to the police officer, whom he described as an intelligent man.
