The #EndSARS movement has announced the names of its two representatives at the Lagos judicial panel of inquiry.

Rinu Oduala and Majekodunmi Temitope will be representing the movement at the judicial panel which was set up by the Lagos State government to investigate cases of Police/SARS brutality and extrajudicial killings.

In a series of tweets Folarin Falana aka Falz wrote “I’m pleased to have met these two and happy that they will be serving as our eyes on the Lagos panel at up to ensure justice for all victims of police brutality and the Lekki .

The Falz tweet has continued to generate reactions as many have seen it as a step in the right direction towards getting justice for victims.

“I will definitely be attending their sessions and following every step of the way!! We are all closely watching this time around”, he said.

He went on to say, “Zero mago- mago! we also have people that will make sure proceedings must always be broadcast live doe everyone to watch”.

Recall that the #ENDSARS movement had said it had no leader as a way of stopping the infiltration of political elements.

President Muhammadu Buhari has commended the setting up of the panel, saying,  “Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Govt has my full support, as it commences sitting this week. I’m confident that all the State Panels will help ensure justice is done on behalf of the peaceful protesters and law enforcement agents who sadly lost their lives”.

The Lekki shooting is one that however will not be forgotten in the history of the country as it continues to generate a lot of concerns from within and even the diaspora, with many also calling for an end to bad governance in Nigeria.
