President Muhammadu Buhari has signed the first presidential executive order for the planning and execution of projects, programmes and contracts with Science Engineering and Technology components.
The Minister of Science and Technology, Dr Ogbonnaya Onu who disclosed this, noted that the president is keen in utilizing Science, Technology and Innovation as key instrument for National and Economic growth plan of 2017-2020.
