No commissioner nominee will be sworn-in without filling the asset declaration form – Kano Govt.

The Governor of Kano State government has vowed that no commissioner nominee will be sworn- in as cabinet member without filling the asset declaration form from the Code of Conduct Bureau.

Alhaji Kabir Yusuf, the State governor while directing all the 19 Commissioner nominees to comply with code of conduct rules said they are expected to declare assets within the best possible time before their onward screening at the State Assembly.

The governor made the announcement of the directives in a communique on Wednesday.

“All other political appointees under this administration shall also comply with the directive accordingly,” he stated.

The governor however restated his commitment to people of the State.
