The Minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio has said refuted claims of him hijacking the forensic hearing of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

Akpabio who is currently before the House Committee on Niger Delta noted that, “Whatever we do here is subject to judicial review.”

The hearing was mandated to go on a 30 minutes break after the acting Managing Director of the NDDC, Daniel Pondei slumped while being interrogated by the Committee earlier.
