The Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Daniel Pondei was taken out of the venue of Monday’s public hearing due to a health emergency after he slumped during interrogation.

The Committee began its fourth day of public hearing as it investigates alleged financial misappropriation at the agency on Monday.
