Light aircraft crashes in Ikeja, Lagos, all 4 casualties retrieved alive

A light aircraft with Reg 5NCCQ belonging to Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd has crashed into a building in the Oba Akran area in Ikeja, Lagos State bursting into flames.

The incident happened adjacent AP Filling Station, and United Bank For Africa, Oba Akran.

According to Gboyega Akosile in a tweet the chopper had 4 persons including the pilot. “All four casualties have been retrieved from the aircraft alive. They have been transferred to hospital for further care. LASEMA, Lagos Fire Service on ground”.

It landed in front of the UBA branch in Ikeja.

Officers of the Lagos Fire Service, RRS, LASTMA, FAAN are all on ground at the scene.
