Lekki Airport: LASG signs MoU with Summa group

The Lagos State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the internationally renowned Summa Group to develop and construct the highly anticipated Lekki-Epe International Airport which is one of the state’s flagship Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

In a statement on Sunday by the State government, speaking during the signing ceremony, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu said the project aligns with the State’s vision to enhance connectivity, drive economic growth, and attract global investments in the state.

He explained further that if the Lekki-Epe International Airport is fully operational, it will decongest the existing Muritala Muhammed International Airport, unlock new opportunities for businesses to strive and would also be of immense benefit to the residents of Lagos State in other areas.
