INEC partners business community for hitch-free 2019 general elections
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC will on Thursday, March 14 present certificate of return to all successful candidates of the National Assembly elections.
According a statement released by the commission the ceremony will hold at the main hall of the International Conference Center Abuja.
However, Imo state Governor Rochas Okorocha will not be presented with certificate, as his declaration was made under duress according to the Commission.
The list released by INEC shows that of the 109 candidates, 9 will not be issued certificates due to supplementary elections expected in some of the states.
