A former Delta State governor and one-time Senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Felix Olorogun Ibru is dead. The 80 years old entrepreneur, was said to have passed on after a brief illness. Until his death Ibru was President General of the Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU). Born on 7 December 1935 at Agbarha-Otor in the Ughelli North local government area of Delta State to Chief Peter Epete Ibru , he developed to become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
He was Head Boy at Igbobi College and became the first Nigerian resident lecturer in Architecture at Yaba College of Technology.
