A Federal High Court in Lagos has discharged and acquitted Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi (Delta North) of N322 million money laundering charge.
He had pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail.
However, this morning, the court discharged and acquitted him of the charge.
