Ifechi Uzoigwe Margaret, best graduating student

Ebonyi State University best graduating student is a medical student, Miss Ifechi Uzoigwe Margaret, who topped the class of 58 with stunning results in various experts of medicine. She has been inducted by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria – MDCN.
She emerged the 2021 overall best graduating student of the university to clinch eight prizes with corresponding cash rewards totalling N2.2 million.
Miss Ifechi, described by her colleagues as friendly, kind-hearted and principled, carted home the following prizes:
Governor’s prize for BGS – N1 million
N500,000 – best in paediatrics
N100,000 – 2nd best in 3rd MBBS
N100,000 prize best in community medicine.
N100, 000 Best in internal medicine
Overall school BGS prize: N200,000
Omaka prize for BGS N100,000
NMA prize for BGS : N100,000
She was also rewarded with an automatic housemanship job at the university’s teaching hospital.
