A Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ikorodu, Lagos State on Friday remanded a 40-year-old man, Aloma Onunka, in a correctional center for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl.

Onunka, whose address was not provided, is charged with defilement.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. A.B Olagbegi-Adelabu, who did not take the plea of Onunka, adjourned the case until March 21, for legal advice from the office of the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions.

Earlier, the Lagos State Prosecuting counsel, Mrs. Olawunmi Osibanjo, told the court that Onunka, committed the offence on Feb.2.
