Alleged $5m Fraud: Court Reserves Ruling on Pilot, Businessman’s No-Case Submission Till March 23

Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, on Thursday,  reserved ruling on the No-case submission filed by the duo of Victor Uadiale and Capt. Everest Nnaji till March 23, 2023.

According to the Economic and financial Crimes Commission, EFCC in a statement,  they are facing trial over an alleged $5 million fraud.

The defendants are being prosecuted by the Lagos Zonal Command of the Commission on an amended five-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence to the tune of $5 million.
