The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will present certificates of return to Adamawa State Governor-elect and the deputy governor-elect on Wednesday by 3.00p.m. at the commission’s Headquarters, Maitama, Abuja.
The commission disclosed this on Wednesday in a tweet on Wednesday.
The commission also said that the National Assembly members-elect in the just concluded supplementary election in the state would also be presented their certificates of return at 11.00a.m.
“Following the conclusion of supplementary elections nationwide and the declaration of winners, the Commission will present certificates of return to the Adamawa State Governor and Deputy Governor-elect at 3.00p.m. today (Wednesday).
The commission advised members of the State House of Assembly-elect to contact its Adamawa state office for their certificates of return.(NAN)
