Bomb blast at an IDP camp recently
Five persons, two suicide bombers and three IDP members had been confirmed dead in Dalori 1 IDP on Sunday night when the two bombers detonated their bombs at the camp. A statement issued by NEMA said:
At about 11.20 pm yesterday night two suicide bombers (a male and female) detonated their improvised explosive device at Dalori 1 Internally Displaced Persons ( IDP) camp leading to the death of three IDPs while seventeen others were injured.
Another incident occurred at Dalori 2 IDP camp where a suicide bomber was intercepted leading to the death of the suicide bomber.
Injured persons have been administered with first aid and moved to hospitals in Maiduguri.
