The defendants: Owoade Fuad, 29, Yinka Saheed, 26, and Egbewale Dare, 29, were arraigned on charge of misrepresentation.

The prosecutor, ASP Anthony Igori, alleged that Owoade on March 3, at about 9.00a.m. with intent to defraud , falsely represented himself on Facebook, TikTok and Zangi app using number 10- 25716493 as Duran Diana.

Igori said the offences contravened the provisions of Section 484 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000.

The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Magistrate, Mrs T. G. Daodu admitted the defendants to N1 million bail each, and with two sureties each in like sum.
