Fresh troubles have surfaced for the All Progressives Congress(APC) and Governor Monday Okpebholo at the Edo Governorship Election Petition Tribunal as INEC appeared on Monday tendered additional BVAS Machines in proof of PDP’s claim of over voting

INEC officials submitted additional BVAS Machines amidst loud protests from APC lawyers who were taken aback by the development..

With the admission of the BVAS machines, the PDP counsel officially closed their case; saying that with all the evidence submitted they have all they need to prove their case.

Shocked and taken unawares by these developments, counsel for INEC, APC and Gov. Okpebholo begged the Tribunal to give them more time to prepare their own case.
