LASG begins verification of LASURA properties

Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, has announced the commencement of Verification and Completeness of Records of Properties managed by Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA).

This was contained in a statement issued by the General Manager, LASURA,  Oladimeji Animashaun.

The statement called for the submission of a development lease agreement between LASURA and Lessees/ Developers/ Agents for verification.

Furthermore, the statement said the general public, particularly allottees of LASURA properties, are to submit their documents to Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA) too for Verification and Completeness of Records.

It stated further that the Documents should be addressed and delivered to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Urban Development, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Block, 15, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.

Copies should be submitted at the Office of the General Manager, Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency, PWD, Old Secretariat, Off- Oba Akinjobi Way, Ikeja. (Estate Services Department, First Floor, Room2), till Wednesday, 11th September, 2024 as failure to comply with the content of the notice may warrant Revocation of the Lease Agreement by the Agency.
