The burnt bus in Enugu
No fewer than 13 persons have lost their lives following a fatal accident which occurred near the Four-Corners area in Enugu on Sunday night.
The vehicle was reportedly hurrying to escape the sit-at-home order on Monday when it rammed into a truck and 13 passengers were burnt to death in the accident.
The 14-seater bus said to be traveling from Imo State to Adamawa reportedly went up in flames after it rammed into a truck.
All the passengers save one, were said to have been burnt beyond recognition in the accident which occurred at the Enugu end of the Enugu/Port Harcourt expressway.
The lone survivor of the auto crash said he jumped out of the vehicle through the window.
