Students’ abduction: Declare State of Emergency on security challenge – Senate urges FG
The Senate has urged the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency in the country due to the current security challenges.
The Senate’s resolution was sequel to a Point of Order raised by Sen. Sani Musa (APC-Niger) during Wednesday’s plenary.
The motion was on the abduction of students and teachers of Government Science College (GSC), Kagara in Niger state in the early hours of Wednesday. (NAN)
