Revealed: How Hilda Baci got her cooking skills
Wonder chef Hilda Baci, started cooking at a tender age with her mother as mentor, Political Economist can authoritatively reveal.
Those conversant with the 26-year-old Madona University graduate said her family has a rich history of cooking skills.
Hilda’s  mother has been a restauranteur operating under the trade name  Calabar Pot, a big restaurant that catered for the classy and upwardly mobile clientele.
Hilda was said to have learnt cooking from her mother and was helping in her mother’ restaurant even at the time she was an under graduate at the university.
Political Economist learnt that she broke away from her mother to open her own restaurant known as My Food by Hilda.
Her My Food  restaurant is classy and exclusive. Her strength has been her ability to make different types of food all of which appealed to the best of gourmets.
Hilda is a U-tuber and hosts cooking shows on television.
By hitting 88 hours of non-stop cooking, she has dethroned Indian chef, Lata Tondon, who currently holds that title. Tondon, achieved his Guinness World feat in 2019 with 87 hours and 45 minutes of uninterrupted cooking.
Hilda was born on September 20, 1996. She hails from Akwa-Ibom state.
She has a degree in Sociology from Madonna University, Okija.
She owns a food brand in Lagos called “My Food by Hilda which she started with her brother while still in school.
