No Nigerian team as CAF Champions League Q-Finals begin Friday
The knockout stages for the 2020/2021 CAF Champions League begin with the quarter-finals getting underway on Friday, but without any Nigerian team.
Football analysts say the absence of any Nigerian team at this stage is a reflection of the poor state of soccer development in the local league. Enyimba football club of Aba had once won the CAF Champions League back-to-back.
