Nigeria’s non-oil export performance in 2024 reached $5.46 bn

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has announced a significant 20.77% increase in the country’s non-oil export performance for the year 2024, with exports reaching a total value of $5.46 billion, up from $4.52 billion in 2023.
This growth is seen as a major step towards Nigeria’s economic diversification, as the government continues to push for less reliance on oil revenues.
Nonye Ayeni, the Executive Director/CEO of NEPC, attributed the surge and impressive performance to strategic collaborations with relevant government agencies, active diversification.
