Lagos lawmaker slumps, dies at APC Jos rally
An All Progressives Congress, APC, lawmaker, Sobur Olawale, who represented Mushin constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly has died.
Olawale, popularly called Omititi slumped to death in Jos, Plateau State, on Tuesday during the APC rally.
He was said to have slumped at the rally ground and was rushed to  the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
The APC kicked off its campaign in Plateau for its presidential candidate and running mate, Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, respectively, on Tuesday.
President Muhammadu Buhari led over 22 APC governors and other dignitaries including the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan to the campaign ground.
Governors of Cross River, Ben Ayade; Kaduna, El-Rufai; Yobe, Mai Buni, Imo State, Hope Uzodimma; Plateau, Simon Lalong; Kogi, Yahaya Bello, among others were among those at the rally which held at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium in Jos, the state capital, where he also handed over the APC flag to Tinubu
