Out of the 419 gubernatorial candidates for the country’s general elections, only 6% are female.

According to a data released by techpoint intelligence.

The report also notes that the average age of all the candidates stands at 51.

“Twenty (20) of the candidates are 35 years old, while the oldest candidate is Kwara NNPP candidate, who is 74 years.
