Buhari arrives Maiduguri to Inaugurate Developmental Projects, to leave for the UK later today
President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Maiduguri the Borno state Capital for an official visit.
The President is expected to commission some developmental projects, especially in the sectors of education, health care and roads.
During today’s state visit, the President will inaugurate 11 projects sited across Maiduguri, the state capital, sources in the presidency disclosed yesterday in Damaturu.
Some of the projects to be commissioned are, the Njimtilo Industrial Layout, state university, two mega schools, Aliko Dangote School, Legacy Garden, General Hospital and Chest Clinic, Osinbajo Rural Electrification Board and the 10-kilometre Pompomari Bypass.
“He is expected to commission developmental projects especially in the sectors of education, healthcare, and roads,” Adesina said.
He further informed that at the end of the President’s visit to Maiduguri, he will be proceeding to the United Kingdom on a private visit.
“He is expected to return to Nigeria on May 5, 2019” Adesina stressed.
