The Executive Management Team of ANOH Gas Processing Company Limited (AGPC) recently launched the second edition of its “Sight First” medical outreach programme, aimed at restoring the sight of community members in the company’s host and impacted communities in Assa, Owerri, the Imo State capital.

This year’s theme, “Igniting Vision, Illuminating Lives”, reflects the programme’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through essential eye care services.

The “Sight First” initiative is AGPC’s fully funded Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, dedicated to providing vital eye care to those in need across its operational areas, covering 11 communities, namely Assa, Avu, Awara, Obile, Obitti, Obosima, Obuomadike, Ochia, Ohoba, Umuapu and Umunwaku, all in the Egbema/Ohaji Local government Area of Imo State. The programme focuses on promoting healthy practices, facilitating early detection, and offering treatment for eye-related issues. The initiative is part of AGPC’s broader commitment to giving back to the communities where it operates and ensuring that health and well-being remain top priorities.

During the official opening ceremony, AGPC’s Managing Director, Engr.
