Thrills and frills as Prince Odigie buries mother
The 7th of June, 2024 was a day of mixed emotions for Asaba, Delta state business man and construction mogul, Prince Emmanuel Odigie, as he bade farewell to his mother – Ma Roseline Odigie (Nee Ebiri) in the company of his numerous high-end friends and associates.
The event assumed a carnival hue of thrills and frills befitting the ascension to glory of a woman who served humanity with a good heart and gave Delta, indeed Nigeria, a gift of borderless benevolence in the person of Prince Odigie.
Amongst the dignitaries in attendance were the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, former Account General of Delta State, Mr Cyril Agbele, and a host of other dignitaries.
It was a carnival of sort, as the indigenes of Igbanke, Edo State were thrilled to the entertainment of the popular afro-dancehall artiste Daddy Showkey, the deft play of the electric Disc Jockey, DJ Commissioner, and a long list of side attractions.
