Why 2022 Word Cup will end with a piece of history
The 2022 World Cup in Qatar started with 32 teams but has tapered to four teams with players and teams seeking to make history no matter who emerges eventual winner of the greatest soccer trophy on planet earth.
Four nations namely; Croatia, Argentina, France and Morocco are in the semi-final but whatever happens, history would be made on the final day. Here’s how:
If Argentina wins, Lionel Messi, seven times Ballon d’or winner would have won his first World Cup.
And if France emerges champion, she would have become the first country to retain the title of world champion for 60 years.
Now, more history: Morocco can offer Africa her first ever World Cup is the Atlas Lions win.
And should Croatia win, it would be the time the small European country will win her first World Cup.
